Embedded Partnership Model

I partner with my clients to validate, build, and launch a product, and work cross-functionally as the driver of the effort.

These projects typically last for months or more, and are scoped with specific success metrics. I work as a catalyst to extend bandwidth of teams and fill in missing product expertise.

Deliverables and services may include:

  • Competitive research

  • User and buyer interviews

  • Building a business plan

  • Defining vision, strategy and differentiation

  • Creating a roadmap and defining requirements

  • Identifying development partners

  • Creating materials and presenting to executives and advisory or governing boards

  • Vetting partnering vendors and other due diligence 

  • Structuring pilot and beta programs and other validation efforts

Strategic Services Model

I work with organizations to produce specific assets or outcomes to extend the bandwidth of a team with a specific product-related need. 

 

These engagements typically last a few weeks to a few months. Sometimes they are a first step to another engagement, such as an opportunity assessment that turns into a funded innovation project.
