My Story

I have been building and commercializing digital products for over 20 years, with the first half of my corporate career as an individual contributor, and the second half as a Product executive. 

 

Just like most people in my field, I didn't go to college for Product, and I fell into this career.  I was fortunate to have incredible mentors, sponsors, and managers who gave me too much responsibility before I was ready, and I had to figure it out.  ​

 

I have navigated industries and business models, leading product strategy and innovation across healthcare, education, clean energy, and media. From building 0-to-1 products and scaling SaaS platforms to guiding teams through an IPO, I’ve seen how the right mix of vision, execution, and leadership unlocks growth.

 

Through NextProductBuild, I get to work with so many organizations and leaders, so I have a unique perspective to share with my clients who are navigating a complex and rapidly evolving technological landscape. At any given time, I am plugged into the challenges and problem solving techniques of multiple organizations, so my knowledge is always current and compounding.

 

My approach is pragmatic, empathetic and collaborative. I work closely with founders, executives, and product teams to uncover opportunities, cut through complexity, and put practical structures in place that accelerate progress. I focus on clarity, accountability, and outcomes that endure.
